Man dies in three-car crash in Victoria

A motorist is dead after a three-car collision in regional Victoria.
The crash happened about 10.40am on Friday on Echuca Road at Mooroopna.
The man in the first car died at the scene and three people in the other vehicles suffered minor injuries.
