Man dies after car found near Vic cliff

A man has died after his car went over a cliff on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
The man's mangled car was found on rocks at the bottom of the cliff near the Flinders Blowhole just before 11am.
Search and rescue crews on their way to recover his body.
