Man critical after Melbourne stabbing

A man is in a critical condition after being stabbed multiple times in Melbourne.

The 29-year-old was taken to hospital after emergency services were called to a house in Springvale at 11:30pm on Friday.

Police say the victim and his attacker or attackers are known to each other.
