Man charged over 2004 Vic baby murder

A Victorian man has been charged over the murder of a baby girl more than 10 years ago.
Brett Noel Penrose, 42, handed himself into police on Wednesday.
The Doreen man appeared in the Victorian Supreme Court and was charged over the alleged murder of an 11-month-old baby girl in Wodonga on December 17, 2004.

Penrose was remanded to reappear in court for a directions hearing on March 16.
