A man has been charged with drink driving after crashing his boat into a sea wall in Melbourne's Hobsons Bay.
The 43-year-old boat driver and his passenger were trapped under the boat which capsized after it struck the wall on Saturday night.
They managed to get out, climb onto the rock wall and walk back to the boat ramp in Newport before water police charged the driver with drink driving a vessel and other marine related offences.
