Man arrested over Vic pipe bomb

A man has been arrested a week after the discovery of a pipe bomb outside a Victorian school.
The 22-year-old from Warrnambool was arrested on Tuesday after the explosive device was left at a bus stop near Brauer College early last week.
It was safely detonated hours later.
