Luggage and bag chains Victoria Station and Kate Hill have appointed administrators, placing 64 shops nationwide in jeopardy.
Parent company Victoria Station Corporation filed documents with the corporate regulator ASIC on Tuesday advising that administrators had been appointed because the board thought it was or will become insolvent.
Victoria Station has 43 stores nationally with subsidiary Kate Hill another 21.
