L-platers nabbed for drug driving in Vic

Two learner drivers are among 18 people caught drug driving during a seven-day police operation in regional Victoria.

The police operations, running nightly for the past week have nabbed six drug drivers in Mooroopna and 12 in Shepparton.

The two L-platers were unaccompanied, and four probationary drivers were also among those busted driving while drugged, along with several drink drivers and hoons.

Cars were impounded, drugs were seized and large knife was found in one of the cars.
