Knickers thief charged in Melbourne

A man who allegedly stole knickers from Melbourne balconies and performed lewd acts with them has been charged.
A 35-year-old Lalor man was caught on CCTV stealing knickers and bikini bottoms from clotheslines at a Richmond apartment block in December and January, police say.
He has been charged with theft and stalking offences and will front Melbourne Magistrates Court on May 27.
