Info caravan for Vic shooting murder
Police have set up an information caravan to uncover information about who gunned down a Melbourne man inside his house.
The body of 49-year-old Deer Park man The Phong Vuong was found in a house on Erin Square last week.
Police believe he may have been dead inside the house for more than a week before being discovered by a neighbour and a visitor.
Neighbours told police they heard possible gunshots at the house in the week before his body was found.
Detectives believe he hadn't been seen since June 15.
An information caravan was set up in Erin Street on Friday and police are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen something "no matter how insignificant it may seem".
"This includes any vehicles parked near the property or any suspicious activity by people around the property," police said in a statement.
Police believe Mr Vuong was running a sewing or textile business from the house and are also appealing for anyone who may have had business dealings with him.
