Hoons seen racing before fatal Vic crash

Footage has emerged of two cars racing on a Melbourne street moments before one flipped and crashed, killing the driver.

A 36-year-old man was killed and a woman, 27, was hospitalised with serious injuries after the sedan left Stud Road in Wantirna South on Sunday afternoon before hitting a brick pillar and flipping.

Police on Tuesday released CCTV of two cars racing on Stud Road and have appealed for the driver of the other car involved - or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident - to come forward.
