High speed chase teen arrested in Vic

A fourth teen allegedly involved in a high-speed chase through country Victoria late last week has been arrested and charged.

A stolen BMW raced from Thomastown to Heathcote on Friday afternoon - narrowly missing a pedestrian in Lancefield - followed by unmarked police cars and news helicopters.

A 15-year-old Diamond Creek boy was arrested in Watsonia on Tuesday afternoon and charged with aggravated burglary, theft of motor car and conduct endangering persons, a police spokeswoman said in a statement on Wednesday.

Three other teens - two girls aged aged 14 and 17 and a 15-year-old boy - have already been charged with theft of a vehicle.
