In a case of jackpot amnesia, a Melbourne man forgot he won more than $700,000 in Tattslotto.
The man said he knew he had won but simply put his ticket away and forgot about it.
"When I checked my ticket in February and realised I'd won Tattslotto, I thought I'd be excited, but it turns out I was just overwhelmed by it all," the division one winner said.

The man only remembered about his win when he saw a news story about the unclaimed prize money.
The unregistered winning ticket was sold in Bourke Street in Melbourne's CBD on February 22.
