Firies to train in Melbourne underground

Firefighters will swarm into Melbourne's underground rail loop on Sunday - but there's no cause for alarm.

Thirty MFB firefighters will take part in the two-hour training exercise from 10am, supported by up to eight fire trucks parked outside Parliament Station and along Collins Street.

The drill will have no impact on train services through the City Loop, the MFB says.
