Two cars burst into flames, shots reportedly fired in Melbourne's north

Two cars have burst into flames and shots have reportedly been fired in Melbourne's north this morning.
Police were called after a car caught fire at a home on Major Road in Fawkner about 3.30am.
A short time later another car was found on fire about 1km away, prompting police to investigate if they are linked.

Witnesses have also reported that gunshots were fired.
Investigations continue.
