Falling tree branch kills driver in Vic

A driver has been killed after a tree branch fell on a vehicle in southeast Victoria.

Police believe the incident happened on Old Sale Rd at Yarram just before 6pm on Saturday.

The driver died at the scene while a passenger was seriously injured and was taken to hospital.

Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
