January 16:

* Cleaning services company Sanikleen Pty Ltd underpaid an employee $2856 between 2013 and 2015 for part-time loading, penalty rates for Saturday and paid meal breaks

January 20:

* A former automotive repair business manager in Seaford was able to recover $102,990 after he resigned from the company after 25 years

* A building product outlet employee in Moorabbin was underpaid his hourly rate for almost four years and got back $16,424

* A foreman in Carrum Down recovered $5623 after she resigned and was not given her final pay or leave entitlements

February 2:

* Cafe Di Stasio in St Kilda underpaid four chefs and two bar staff $35,077 between September 2015 and May 2016. Five of them were on 417 working visa and the other on a 457 skilled worker visa

February 21:

* A Box Hill restaurant underpaid a Taiwanese visa-holder $33,169 as a kitchen hand between June to November 2014, and March to July 2015

February 25:

* A long-distance truck driver working for a Laverton North company who was underpaid his kilometres rate and travel allowance for more than five years gained back $28,224

* $14,891 for a manager at an industrial equipment business in Derrimut was not paid his annual leave entitlements when terminated.

* $7309 was recovered for an apprentice carpenter in Caroline Springs who was underpaid for more than 12 months

February 25:

* $11,792 was recovered for a qualified apprentice mechanic who did not get the rate increase from third to fourth year apprentice to a qualified tradesman, and was not paid overtime or annual leave entitlements

* A former part-time admin assistant in a leisure facility in Chirnside Park was given $11,640

April 20:

* The operator of seven hair salons in Victoria underpaid 48 staff $88,000 between January 2015 and July 2016, with the largest individual payment $9680
