Emergency services feared a suspicious substance after three people separately fell ill on a Melbourne train and platform.
A Hazmat crew was dispatched to a Melbourne railway station after three people fell ill in the same area.
Around 8am, a girl in her late teens reportedly collapsed, suffering an apparent seizure.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesmanconfirmed the girl had been taken to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment and said she had an existing medical condition.
A young boy also reportedly fainted in the same vicinity and a passenger standing on a platform also fell ill.
The Hazmat team was dispatched to determine whether a third-party substance had caused the spate of illnesses.
