A Melbourne man will face court on drugs, weapons and explosives charges after allegedly running a red light.
Officers arrested 34-year-old David Marks, from South Morang, after an incident on Plenty Road at Mill Park on Thursday.
A search of the car he was driving allegedly located drugs, believed to be ice and cannabis, prescription drugs, a knife, illegal fireworks and stolen property.

Marks faced an out of sessions hearing and was remanded to face Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Friday on charges including drug possession and trafficking.
