Drink driver on wrong side of road

A woman has allegedly been caught driving four times over the legal limit and on the wrong side of the road.

Police also noticed damage to the front wheel of the car which was causing a spray of sparks.

The 35-year-old woman from Berwick in south eastern Melbourne returned a reading of 0.218 in the early hours of Thursday morning.

She is expected to be charged with drink driving and driving in a dangerous manner as well as other traffic offences.

Her licence was immediately suspended, and the car has been impounded.
