Brazen thieves used a crowbar and a concrete saw to break into a Victorian shopping centre before filling an empty doona cover with cigarettes.
Police say five people smashed a hole in the window of the Rosebud shopping centre just after 3am last Wednesday.
They filled a doona with a large quantity of cigarettes and fled.
