Crews search for missing Vic elderly man

Search crews will scour bushland in the hope of finding an elderly Victorian man with dementia who's been missing for six days.

Matyas Babos went missing from his home in the town of Yea, north of Melbourne, on Monday and the last confirmed sighting of him was at noon on Tuesday in the same town.

Police hold increasing concerns for the 79-year-old's welfare because of the time he's been missing, the weather and his health.
