Court to rule on ANZ bank's unfair fees
AAP
A class action which could force ANZ to repay its customers tens of millions of dollars in unfair bank fees is back before the courts.
The Federal Court in early 2014 ruled some of the bank's fees were unfair, but lawyers for the customers and the bank both appealed.
The Full Court of the Federal Court will on Wednesday morning hand down its decision on both appeals, an the outcome could have implications for similar cases targeting the other major banks.
