Former union boss Kathy Jackson could stand trial in April, but a Melbourne court has been told she's yet to secure funding for her legal representation.
Jackson is accused of misappropriating nearly $500,000 from her former employer, the Health Services Union, to pay for personal flights, hotels and other items from 2003 to 2011.
Victoria's County Court on Monday scheduled a tentative trial date of April 29 but the case will be mentioned again in January.
