Cops seeks witness to fatal Melb stabbing

A man captured on CCTV is being sought by police, who believe he may have witnessed a man being stabbed to death on a Melbourne street.
A 68-year-old man was stabbed in Preston on July 10 and died at the scene.
A 35-year-old man has been charged with his murder and police believe a male pedestrian captured on CCTV may have seen the incident.
