Cop stood down over Xmas party behaviour

A Victorian police officer has been stood down over alleged sexually inappropriate behaviour at a police office Christmas party.
Chief Commissioner Graham Ashton said a member was stood down this week, pending an investigation.
"Every year we try and make sure people understand they're still representing the force, even when they're not at work," Mr Ashton told 3AW.

"Police Christmas parties over the years, they've been the source of a lot of frustration at people letting their hair down, having a few beers, then things get messy."
