Cold case appeal over Vic teen's murder

A person who recently contacted police about the unsolved murder of a Geelong teenager 22 years ago is being urged to call again.
Someone contacted police last Wednesday with information about the 1995 murder of Ricky Balcombe and investigators believe that person has crucial information about the weapon and murderer.
Police this week pleaded for the witness to contact them again about the 16-year-old's death.
