Child, 4, allegedly flashed in Melbourne park

A four-year-old child has been flashed by a man in a Melbourne park.
The child was with a woman, 23, in the Ferntree Gully park a week ago when a man stood behind them with his genitals exposed and made obscene gestures, police say.
They've described the man as being aged in his late 40s or early 50s and on Thursday released a facial composition of the suspect.
