A chemical reaction has sparked a fire at a Melbourne meat processing plant.
Firefighters say two different chemicals in 1000 litre tanks reacted and sparked a blaze at the factory in Dandenong South on Monday night.
Around 50 workers were evacuated as crews worked with a scientific officer to contain the blaze and stop any chemical run-off.
