Cheeky crook taunts Vic police

A cheeky crook has taunted police who posted his mugshot online, asking them to use a better picture.

Victoria Police posted a photo of Bendigo man Daniel Damon on their Facebook page, issuing a warrant for his arrest after he failed to answer bail for traffic and drug matters.

He replied to their post asking police to use a better photo, describing the one they used as "horrible".

Police were quick to reply: "Hi Daniel, please visit your nearest police station and we'll arrange for a new photo to be taken!"

The 25-year-old said he would, once he gets a few things in order such as hiring a lawyer.
