Charges over Vic train station sex attack

A man has been charged with sexually assaulting an 87-year-old woman at a Melbourne train station.
The 40-year-old Frankston man was charged on Tuesday and bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court on December 15.
He is accused of asking the elderly woman if she wanted money, before kissing her on the cheek and assaulting her at Aspendale station on September 22.
