CCTV to protect St Kilda penguins

Melbourne's little penguin colony at St Kilda will be protected by new CCTV after an attack left one dead and another injured and bloodied.
The two penguins were attacked by a group of young men at the St Kilda breakwater early on Good Friday.
The Victorian government has earmarked $250,000 for increased patrols and CCTV, and a wildlife group will conduct a long term research program into the inner city colony.
