Accused Victorian terror teen's case in children's court

The case of a Melbourne teen in custody since bomb-making manuals and materials were allegedly found in his bedroom will return to court.

Police raided the boy's home in May, when he was remanded into custody.

Due to his age, the 17 year-old's case must return to the children's court every 21 days.

He did not appear in person when the case was last mentioned on August 3.

The teen is accused of planning to commit a terrorist attack, possessing things connected with a terrorist act and failing to provide a computer password to police.
