Car with stolen plates crashes in Vic

A car with stolen plates has crashed into a fence in Melbourne overnight.
Police spotted a car with false plates travelling in Flemington about 10.45pm on Sunday before it crashed into a fence moments later and three people ran from the car.
It's alleged a large amount of stolen property was found inside the car and two men were arrested nearby.
