Car linked to Vic road rage attack found

A car linked to a violent road rage incident on a Melbourne freeway has been found by police.

Two cars collided on the Ballarat off-ramp on the Western Ring Road at midnight on Sunday, leading to a fight between four men.

One pair made off with the other pair's car, leaving them on the side of the road with serious injuries.

Police found the stolen car dumped at Albion on Monday, and the other car at an Ascot Vale home on Wednesday.

No arrests have been made.
