Several bushfires continue to burn for a fifth day in Victoria's East Gippsland region despite cooler conditions.
Fires burning since Saturday at the regional towns of Dargo and Marlo and north of Buchan are not yet under control, while bushfires southwest of Buchan and at Wangarabell have been contained, the Country Fire Association said on Thursday morning.
Residents affected by the bushfires are invited to a community meeting at Buchan Recreation Reserve Pavilion at 6pm on Thursday.
