Bus operator fined over fatal Vic rollover

A bus operator has been fined $10,000 after pleading guilty over a fatal crash on Victoria's Great Ocean Road.

The rollover near Glenaire in April last year killed one person and injured several others.

Frank Chang, who traded as DCT Tour and was not the driver, was fined and placed on a two-year good behaviour bond at Heidelberg Magistrates Court this week after pleading guilty to charges related to the operation of a commercial bus service without accreditation, Bus Safety Victoria said.
