Brazen theft in Melbourne bar

Brazen thieves stole a woman's wallet as she was chatting in a Melbourne bar and then used her credit card to buy drinks and book a taxi home.

The woman was chatting in a Johnston Street bar late on October 11 when she felt someone brush behind her, and later realised her wallet had been stolen from a bag hanging on her shoulder.

Security camera images of a young man and woman have been released, and police want to speak to the pair over the theft.
