Brawl erupts in Melbourne CBD

Three men have been arrested after a brawl on a busy Melbourne road overnight.
The fight started on City Road in Southbank with up to 12 people involved when police arrived at the scene at around midnight.
Pepper spray was used before the three men were arrested and a woman in her 20s was treated for injuries.
