Boys, 10 and 11, arrested over Vic fire

Two young boys have been arrested over a suspicious fire at a neighbourhood centre in regional Victoria.
The 10- and 11-year-olds were arrested and interviewed by police on Thursday after a suspicious grass and storage shed fire on Tuppen Drive in Sebastopol on Tuesday.
The boys have received an official caution over the fire and Victoria Police say their investigation is complete.
