Bomb squad finds Melbourne item no danger

Bomb experts have confirmed there is no threat posed by a suspicious item reported in Melbourne.
Emergency services were called to Franklin Street about 6.45am on Friday to reports of an unknown item and nearby traffic was diverted as the bomb response unit attended.
"The item has been deemed non-suspicious and roads are now re-opened," police said in statement.
