Suspected bus with bomb given all clear

Bomb squad investigators have given the all clear to a bus parked outside a police station in suburban Melbourne.

Robots were used to check out the vehicle parked on Mount Alexander Road at Moonee Ponds on Monday while nearby roads were closed for more than three hours.

A police spokeswoman confirmed the bus poses no threat.
