Bill Shorten has crashed his car into two parked cars in Melbourne.
The opposition leader was driving on Pidgon Street in Carlton when he crashed the Mitsubishi, which belonged to his late mother, into the cars.

According to 3AW, the accident may have been caused when Shorten spilled a short black coffee into his lap.
The oppostion leader's spokesman has confirmed the crash took place.
There was minor damage to the parked cars and no injuries reported.
