Bike path flasher shocks Vic dad and son

A man who exposed himself on a Melbourne bike path managed to get on his bike and escape after he was seen by a father and son.

The man and his 10-year-old son were riding on a trail in Dandenong South when they found the man lying on the bike track exposing himself and masturbating at 4:30pm on June 18

The victim managed to take a photo before the flasher got on his bike and rode away - he is described as being in his late 40s to early 50s, 175cm tall, of a medium build, with a pointy nose and European accent.
