Fire destroys Avoca butchershop and café
Two business owners have been left heartbroken after fire broke out north-west of Melbourne overnight.
Video taken by 9NEWS shows flames and smoke billowing from Pyrenees Premium Cuts and an adjacent café on High Street, Avoca, about 1am.
Fifty firefighters worked from the air and ground to bring the blaze under control within 90 minutes.

One occupant escaped the fire without injury, however both businesses have been extensively damaged.
Local radio station 3BA reports about 100 residents lost power during the fire.
Police continue to investigate the cause.
