American arrested for Melb train graffiti

An American man has been arrested for alleged "major graffiti" on Melbourne's rail network.
The 31-year-old US national was arrested in Fitzroy on Thursday and charged with criminal damage, armed robbery and weapon offences.
He is expected to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Thursday afternoon.
