Alleged Victorian sex attacker charged

A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 17-year-old boy has handed himself in to police hours after his image was released to the media.

The 31-year-old Albion man handed himself in on Thursday afternoon and was charged with sexual assault over the attack at Footscray train station in February 22.

He has been bailed to appear at Sunshine Magistrates' Court on May 22.
