Two men charged over the killing of "Good Samaritan" Luke Mitchell in Melbourne six years ago are due to face court on Monday.
Mr Mitchell, 29, was fatally bashed and stabbed while trying to save another man being assaulted on the popular Sydney Road night-life strip in Brunswick in 2009.
His alleged killers fled to Thailand just hours after the stabbing.
