- Lo sent a text to Daniel Duhovic at 8.04pm telling him she wanted former boyfriend Paul Hogan dead: "I want to kill it"

- Duhovic replied: "Don't talk silly stuff, just say hate"

- Lo texted back: "Nah, I seriously want it dead"

May 24, 2016

- Lo texted Duhovic to say Mr Hogan beat and raped her

- Lo and Duhovic had a 20-minute phone conversation before the murder

- Duhovic arrived at Mr Hogan's house and shot Mr Hogan through the driver's side window as he reversed out of the driveway

- Lo and Duhovic left Bacchus Marsh together in his car

- Lo erased incriminating data from her phone shortly after the shooting

- In a police interview Lo denied being present at the shooting, and denied Duhovic's presence
