Two men and a woman with alleged links to the Mongols outlaw bikie gang have been remanded in custody charged with perverting the course of justice.

Seabrook man Shane Middleton, 26, faced the Melbourne Magistrates Court following police raids on Thursday after a year-long police operation into allegations he and his associates were using threats and intimidation to pervert the course of justice.

His partner Renee Comeadows, 27, and brother Simon Middleton, 29, also appeared charged with perverting the course of justice.
